A Walk with Reiki

An invitation into sacred stillness, wild wisdom, and soulful re-awakening.

This intuitive day retreat is a return to nature and self—held among the trees, serenaded by birdsong, and grounded in the healing rhythm of the earth. Through ritual, movement, sound, and guided connection, you’ll create space to release what no longer serves and realign with your sacred center.

Throughout the day, you’ll be held in a safe, inclusive circle of heart-centered healing. Guided by intuitive Reiki practitioners, 𝐴𝑠ℎ𝑙𝑒𝑦 & 𝑆𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑓𝑖𝑟𝑒, you’ll be supported in moving, resting, and remembering—held by mindful intention and empowered presence.

– Lunch
– Yoga Mat or Towel
– Comfortable Clothes
– Hat or Sun Protection

We’ll move mindfully between ceremonial spaces along a wide and gentle trail. Total walking distance is under 1.5 miles, with plenty of time for rest, reflection, and stillness. This experience is fully adaptable and welcoming for all levels.
